Windows 11 makes it much easier to create a compressed folder without the need for any external software.
First, find the file or folder you want to compress. All you have to do is right-click it and choose the option Send to. From here, you select the option for Compressed (zipped) folder. That’s it! Now that the file is compressed, it’s much easier to share by email or through other collaboration solutions your business utilizes.
